We've had news from Erik that he took 25 minutes off his time for the NZ Ironman Competition held in Taupo today. Erik's time: 10 hours24 minutes. He said that it was very tough with strong head & cross winds and the Bike & the 2nd half of the run were tough going. His legs were cramping out on the circuit and his legs feel rather tired now! Still, this was an awesome effort from Erik.
