07/12/2008: "Bill Summers Memorial Race - Hangawera Raod"
35 riders fronted up for the Bill Summers Memorial Race at Hangawera Road today. Weather conditions like the rest of the country were North Easterly and raining... very unpleasant. Whilst the temperature wasn't too bad officials & riders alike had a taste of winter weather.
Thank you to all supporters & helpers today for your patience while riders were out there hammering away - at least they were keeping warm eh! Thank you to all people who helped tidy up club signs and the cuppa at the end of the day. This is what makes the club run so well!
Graded results will be written first, then placings for the U17/Open race to show where people finished up.
